NACD: What Boards of Directors Need to Know About Supply Chain Chain Risks in 2024

David Steven Jacoby, Managing Director of Boston Strategies International, will speak to the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) about supply chain risks in 2024. The talk will address how to identify them, predict them, quantify their magnitude and direction, and mitigate operational and financial exposure. The talk will cover ESG compliance, including climate-related environmental disclosure and emissions reporting, as well as geopolitical, economic and financial risks associated with global, regional  and other international supply chains. Mr. Jacoby is the author of numerous books on supply chain management, including Guide to Supply Chain Management (published by The Economist) and a forthcoming book on how artificial intelligence and automation are transforming supply chain management.
